Refund & Shipping
Skincare/Nail products policy: Due to the nature of my products, there are no refunds unless items are incorrectly sent or missing from your order and must be reported within 24-48hrs of your order.
Apparel policy: Store credit/exchange only, No refunds.
Email Onlymarebeauty@gmail.com within 24-48hrs for item exchange. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date, unworn, free of any stains and must have original tags attached for exchange of store credit items.
What if I never received my item?: SpoiledPiecesCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave us. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier -- we will provide you with the tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
If any items are damaged, email Onlymarebeauty@gmail.com within 24-48hrs of your order number and photos.
