Purpose

This agreement allows SpoiledSkinCo to record photo and/or video content during your appointment for promotional, educational, or marketing use across platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and SpoiledSkinCo.com)

Eligibility for Discount

To qualify for the 15% Content Babe Discount, you must:

• Have completed at least four (4) previous appointments with SpoiledSkinCo.
• Fully consent to being recorded during your service.
• Be comfortable and cooperative throughout filming.

If you become uncomfortable or choose not to be recorded after the session begins, the discount will be void and the regular service price will apply.

Content Usage

By agreeing, you grant SpoiledSkinCo permission to record, edit, and publish portions of your appointment for marketing purposes.

• Your privacy is protected: Faces, voices, and identifiable tattoos will be blurred, muted, or excluded unless you give separate written consent.
• All content will remain professional, respectful, and appropriate.
• SpoiledSkinCo retains the rights to use the footage for business promotion and education.

Client Comfort

Participation is always voluntary. You may opt out before recording begins with no penalty. Once the service starts and the discounted rate is applied, the footage becomes SpoiledSkinCo property for professional use.
