By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

This is a prepaid, non-refundable membership. Once charged, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
Appointments must be booked and used within 90 days. Unused services will expire at the end of the cycle.
Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% charge, in line with our regular salon policy.
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
